Juan Pascual García received the Telecommunications engineer degree from the Technical University of Valencia (UPV), Spain, in 2001. From 2002 to 2003 he worked as research assistant in the CEMI research group in the Technical University of Cartagena. In 2003, he joined the Communications and Information Technologies Department (TIC), at the Technical University of Cartagena (UPCT), Cartagena, Spain, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree. His research interests include neural networks, new optimization methods, and their applications in mobile communications systems.
