Domingo Javier Pardo Quiles was born in Albox, Almería, Spain, in 1974. He received the Engineer of Telecommunications degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV), Spain, in 1998. From 1999 to 2000, he has been an Ericsson engineer and has been involved in the AMENA S.A. transmission cell network planning and roll out in Barcelona and Tarragona cities. From 2000 until now, he has belonged to IZAR Cartagena Shipyard like Combat System Engineer. He has been in charged of Communications and Radar Systems for the new Spanish Submarines. He is currently working joined the Information Technologies and Communications Department (TIC) of the UPCT. He is devoted to TETRA network radio coverage estimation, dimensioning and planning to be deployed in Murcia Region. His research activities have centred on radiowave propagation for TETRA systems and MIMO channels.
